About Our Delivery and Shipping Services

At Maella, we provide shipping services within India and to numerous locations worldwide. We collaborate with leading logistics providers to handle your orders with the utmost care, ensuring safe and fast delivery. 

If we are unable to reach you or if you do not accept the delivery of the products even after multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion. Any refunds after such cancellations will be processed after deducting the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall be passed on to you upon your receipt of the delivery.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India

• Free Shipping: For all prepaid orders above ₹2000

• Standard Shipping: For orders (prepaid or otherwise) with a total amount less than ₹2000, a nominal fee of ₹150 is charged for shipping and handling.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India

• Standard Shipping: For orders with a total amount less than USD 500, a nominal fee of ₹2000 (approximately USD 30) is charged for shipping and handling.

• Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to extra shipping charges.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is unavailable for any order.

Dispatch Policy

We strive to deliver your ordered styles as quickly as possible. Our standard dispatch timelines range from 1 to 2 weeks from the date of successful order placement, considering some orders may require making a new piece based on your request. If your order is available in the desired size, it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

• Custom Made Orders: Pret pieces are typically shipped within 15-20 days, and embellished products may take 3-4 weeks. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the ‘Order Summary’ page of our website at the time of placing the order.

• Ready to Ship Products: The standard dispatch timeline is 5 working days for both domestic and international orders. For international orders consisting of made-to-order and ready-to-ship products, the dispatch timeline for made-to-order products will apply.

Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 4 to 5 business days, and international deliveries take 7 to 8 business days. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but our customer service team will work closely with the logistics provider to ensure timely delivery. Customs and Import Duties on International Shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges for import, customs, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Maella has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. As the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.
