Return & Exchange Policy

At Maella, we strive to ensure you love what you ordered. However, if you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you with exchanges. If the merchandise you received is not in good condition, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may return it in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact, within 7 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit.

Key Points:

Exchange Conditions: 

Items must be unused, with tags intact with the same packaging. Damaged or soiled returns may be rejected and sent back to the customer. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

Custom-made orders are non-returnable.

No Exchanges on Discounts: 

Discounted merchandise cannot be exchanged.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we guarantee the quality of our dresses and materials. If the size does not fit, we will provide you with store credit. Please note that all sales are final once a purchase is made.


 

Return & Exchange Process in India

Step 1: To initiate a return, email us at support@maella.in or WhatsApp us at 9599006568 within 7 days from delivery.

Step 2: Wait for a confirmation email from us. We will attempt to arrange a pick-up through our courier partner, ShipRocket If their service is unavailable at your address, you will need to self-ship the item to our address.

Step 3: Securely pack your return, preferably in the original packaging, and courier it to us. Details will be shared in the confirmation email.


Exchange Outside India

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. In exceptional cases, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods to an address in India where pick-up can be arranged within 45 days of delivery, we can facilitate an exchange. Shipping charges may apply if the exchange requires international shipping.


Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order, please record a video while opening the parcel. Contact us immediately to evaluate and address the issue.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Products bought on discount/sale/flash sales are not eligible for return.

  • Garments showing signs of wear (perfume, stains, washed) will not be refunded.

  • All made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Some exchanges may incur an additional charge which will vary according to the circumstances.


We will schedule a pickup for the exchange request(once the terms and conditions are fulfilled ) from our end mostly from the same shipping service that delivered your product. Please check the address of our warehouse:

Final Notes

Maella reserves the right to inspect the condition of the products before processing any returns or exchanges. Ensure all returns are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Returns not meeting the conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense. No amount will be reimbursed for such items.
